So, I have never done a haul before but it is something I want to start doing. I’ve been wanting to for a while. Whether it’s fashion, beauty, groceries, furniture, whatever I find worth interesting to share (lol).
So in today’s post, I am going to share a few items I purchased from my most recent visit to Marshall’s.
My husband introduced me to Marshall’s, and ever since it is like my go to store for housing furniture, pictures, décor, organic seasonings, clothing, and now hair and beauty products.
I was in search of some organic/natural products. My desire is to fully move over to using clean/organic/natural products. Not just because it’s trendy, but because my skin, hair, and scalp have become super sensitive and dry since I was pregnant. Pregnancy definitely changes your body; negatively and positively.
Before getting pregnant, I did suffer from a mild case of eczema on my body and scalp. After I went to the dermatologist, of course they gave me medicated shampoo that worked and it was under control. And then, BOOM, it came back with vengeance on my scalp. Again, I think pregnancy played a role in my body changes.
So, long story short, I wanted to find something over the counter to cure the dryness in my scalp. Not only that, but I also wanted to make sure what I got was catered to curls because I have been wearing my hair natural with no heat applied to it. So after searching, I have found three hair products and one skin/face product.
I’ve never heard of urban hydrations and figured I could give their line a try. My first time trying the shampoo and conditioner out I was semi satisfied. The one thing I wish it had, was a smell to it. I love a good smelling product.
Now the conditioner I got from MOAC, smelled so good, which is one reason I purchased it. It works really good when I did my wash and go, but I probably wouldn’t purchase again, only because it was a little pricey for me.
This facial scrub smells okay and left my face feeling smooth after use.
Along with some beauty products, I couldn’t leave Marshall’s without some home stuff.
Our bed needed some new sheets and this King sheet set was the perfect color and price. They also feel so soft. Once I’ll room is complete with decorating, I will post pictures.
My husband loves candles and we always pretty much leave with a small candle. We love our home to smell good. We purchased two candles, but this one right here from DW Home had a long-lasting smell.
So let’s chat!
Have you heard of or used any of the brands or products mentioned above? If so what were your results? Would you recommend it?
What are some good clean natural brands good for sensitive skin and dry scalp?
